Kabega is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and a Member of the Uganda Law Society.

He is enthusiastic and quite unmatched in handling company and organisation registrations and land transactions. Kabega has over 20 years of practice and has become an accomplished Trial Advocate in both criminal and civil proceedings.

Kabega has served as a consultant in reviewing applicable laws, operations, and procedures of the Commercial Court, drafting the Commercial Court Procedure Rule and Small Claims Rules, and mergers and acquisitions.

Kabega also has advisory and consultancy experience specializing in country entry strategy and setup, regulatory compliance, Oil and Gas advisory, movement of labour and employment regulations, immigration support services, transaction advisory, management of regulatory relations and local representation.
